Legal entity: [PLACEHOLDER: the firm's registered legal entity name]

What we collect

• The intake form: your name, email, phone number, country of residence, business stage, the services you are interested in, your preferred language for follow-up and anything you write about your project.
• Bookings: when you book a call, Cal.com collects the details its booking form asks for, such as your name and email, and the time you choose.
• The chat assistant: what you type into the chat window on this website.
• If you arrive from one of our ads, we keep the ad click ID and campaign details with your booking or inquiry, on our own systems, for 90 days, and send only the click ID, never your contact details, to Google Ads to count conversions.

Why we use it

To answer your inquiry and to run your booking.

The ad click ID is used only to count which of our ads led to a booking or an inquiry.

Who receives it

• Bookings: Cal.com, which runs our booking pages.
• The intake form and the chat assistant: our own systems.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a visitor is human before the intake form is sent or the booking calendar opens.
• Google Ads receives only the ad click ID, never your contact details.

How long we keep it

The ad click ID and campaign details are kept in your browser for 90 days; after that they are no longer used and are removed on your next visit.

We keep your inquiry and booking records as long as we need them to answer your inquiry. [PLACEHOLDER: retention period for client records]
